This surge is fueled by a mix of factors, including the pandemic-induced rise of remote learning and the increasing demand for accessible, quality education. With a large user base and plenty of room for development, India’s online education space is set to be a major player in the global EdTech market.
Many prestigious Indian universities are now jumping into the online education arena. This includes established institutions like Amity University, Chitkara University and Manipal University, offering online versions of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, and even specialized fields like AI and Data Science.
